The main house entrance has double oak arched doors leading to a porch with original Quarry tiles and a door to a hall with access to the kitchen and the two main reception rooms. The doctor’s office, waiting room and dispensary had their own entrance at the other end of the property. These rooms are now used as an additional reception room, a study and a utility room, and can also be accessed via a rear hall which has built-in storage, a cloakroom and doors to the garden. The first floor has four bedrooms and a bathroom. The Garden wraps around the property and there is a detached double garage with power and light and there is driveway parking for up to six cars.

First Floor

A solid wood staircase leads to the first floor landing which has access to the two principal bedrooms and the bathroom which has a bath with shower over, a WC and a wash basin. An inner landing has a range of built in storage cupboards and windows overlooking the garden, and leads to the other two bedrooms. The four bedrooms all have wash basins and there are built-in cupboards in three of the bedrooms.
