The ground floor has an entrance hall with built-in storage, and a door to the sitting room which is over 22 ft. long and has a trap door to a cellar. The kitchen is at the rear with views over the garden and there is an office family room which has a door to a patio in the rear garden. The ground floor shower room is accessed from the kitchen. On the first floor there are five bedrooms and a second shower room. The principal bedroom has wooden flooring, a leaded light window to the front and built-in wardrobes. There is one further bedroom at the front, two bedrooms with windows to the side and bedroom four looks to the rear with views over open countryside.
Ground Floor
The dual aspect sitting room has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove, a hatch down to the cellar, stairs to the first floor, and two double glazed windows overlooking the front garden. The kitchen has a tiled floor, an oil fired central heating boiler, fitted units, and a built in electric oven and hob. The shower room has been refitted.
Outside
The front garden is lawned with a wall to the front and hedgerow to the side. There is off street parking for two cars. The rear garden has a paved patio to the rear of the kitchen. The rest of the garden is laid to lawn, is over 70ft in length and backs onto open fields. There are mature trees and shrubs, a wooden workshop with power and light and the oil storage tank. The owners also rent an allotment over the road for £100 per year.
