Fully Managed Service
Our full property management service allows landlords to maximise the return on their investment without getting involved in the day-to-day issues that can be frustrating and time consuming to manage. We organise all the compulsory safety checks, renew certificates and act as a main point of contact for the tenant throughout the tenancy, managing any disputes in the unfortunate case that they arise.
Rent Collection Only
After finding a suitable tenant for you, our Rent Collection Only service hands the reins of property management over to you whilst we collect the rent on your behalf.
Tenant Find Only
With our tenant find only option, we find a suitable tenant and prepare the initial tenancy agreement on your behalf.
We then hand the management and rent collection over to the landlord.
Each option comes with our commitment to excellent customer service and tailored advice throughout the tenancy.
