Full Managements fees 13.2% of monthly rent, per month
Tenancy set up fee £240
Inventory fee £90-£240 dependent on size
Tenancy renewal fee £90
HMRC return [if applicable] £60
Deposit Registration Fee £30 where applicable
Tenant Find only fees 96% of the 1st month's Rent

Additionally this gives the added assurance that our client account is audited and your income is always totally protected. We are members of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.
