Fully Managed Service - Our full property management service allows landlords to maximise the return on their investment without getting involved in the day-to-day issues that can be frustrating and time consuming to manage. We organise all the compulsory safety checks, renew certificates and act as a main point of contact for the tenant throughout the tenancy, managing any disputes in the unfortunate case that they arise.
Rent Collection Only - After finding a suitable tenant for you, our Rent Collection Only service hands the reins of property management over to you whilst we collect the rent on your behalf.
Tenant Find Only - With our tenant find only option, we find a suitable tenant and prepare the initial tenancy agreement on your behalf. We then hand the management and rent collection over to the landlord.
