We understand that, in many cases, your rental investment may once have been your family home. Our dedicated Lettings Office will find you a tenant who will look after the property just as well as you do.
When renting out your house we give your home extensive online exposure on our bespoke website as well as prominence on major national portals Rightmove and On The Market. This is combined with our in-house professional photography to ensure quality in our presentation of your property.
First impressions count, and when it comes to marketing a property nothing is more important than the quality of the photography. At Michael Graham we use professional photographers who ensure that your home stands out from the crowd, at no extra cost to you.

ARLA and RICS registered
Michael Graham are registered with both ARLA and RICS professional bodies and are regularly audited and scrutinised to ensure that we operate within the parameters of these two leading lettings bodies. Additionally, this gives the added assurance that our client account is audited and your income is always totally protected. We are members of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme.
