Weekend New Homes Sales Negotiator
Little Kimble, Buckinghamshire
Working from the development show home, guiding customers through their home-buying journey from initial inquiry to completion. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering a great opportunity to work with a market leading estate agency.
Location: Little Kimble, Buckinghamshire
Working Days: Saturday and Sunday (10am to 4pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage prospective buyers, providing a warm and professional experience.
Conduct viewings, both in show homes and off-plan, and guide clients through the sales process.
Provide detailed information about the development, features, and benefits of the new homes.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure an excellent buying experience.
Work closely with the Head of the New Homes team to ensure smooth handovers and after-sales care.
Provide constructive feedback to the client
Requirements:
Property background, whether in estate agency, property management, or similar.
Passionate about property and keen to learn and grow within the new homes industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Available to work weekends.
Salary £100 per day plus commission
