On the ground floor there is an entrance hallway with built-in cupboards, a sitting room with an open fire and French doors to the garden, a dining room with an open fire, a family room, a study, a kitchen/breakfast room, and a downstairs cloakroom. The principal bedroom on the first floor has an engineered oak floor and an en suite bathroom. There are four further bedrooms off the main landing - bedroom four having fitted wardrobes and a wash basin- and a family bathroom. The remaining bedroom is accessed via a secondary staircase from the family room and could alternatively be used as an office. A five bar gate at the front opens to a driveway which leads to the outbuilding which comprises an open barn, two stores, and garaging.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room

The kitchen is fitted with a range of two tone base and wall units, including glazed display cabinets and a central island, with white composite work surfaces incorporating a Belfast sink. Appliances include an Aga, a Smeg oven, an AEG hob, a Fisher Paykel fridge/freezer, and a Miele dishwasher. The breakfast area has fitted bench seating and sliding doors to the garden.

Outside

The grounds are laid mainly to lawn and are planted with a variety of mature trees and shrubs for screening and landscaping. There is a paved patio at the rear of the house as well as various other seating areas throughout the garden. There is also a detached outbuilding which is used as a home office/gym in the garden.
