Reception Rooms and Kitchen

The vaulted sitting room was the former blacksmith’s with exposed roof trusses and stonework as well as a brick chimney breast with an inset multi fuel stove. French doors lead to the conservatory which has French doors to the garden and provides access to the single storey wing. The kitchen/breakfast room has a walk-in pantry, a Rangemaster dual fuel cooker, a double butler’s sink, space and plumbing for a washing machine and dishwasher. There are oak and granite work surfaces. The reception hall has an open fireplace and provides additional seating and potential as a dining room.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The downstairs vaulted double bedroom has an en suite wet room with underfloor heating and French doors to the garden. There are four further bedrooms over two floors with three double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room (the wash basin is in the bedroom) and the family bathroom, with a separate shower and a cast iron roll top bath on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is a vaulted double room on the second floor with eaves storage.

The local schools are Paulerspury Church of England Primary School, Sponne School in Towcester, Winchester House School in Brackley, The Royal Latin School in Buckingham, Akeley Wood School, Northampton High School in Hardingstone, and Quinton House School in Upton. Paulerspury has a pre-school at the village hall, a church, GP surgery, public house, restaurant and a mini-market at the petrol station.
