We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to support our Towcester office at weekends. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, can stay calm under pressure, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly within a busy residential sales and lettings environment.

Job description:

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch. You will be responsible for arranging property viewings, liaising with clients and applicants, and ensuring all property and applicant information is recorded accurately within our CRM system.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the office runs smoothly, delivering a high level of customer service and helping to maintain our reputation for professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming calls to the branch in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Log all phone calls correctly under CRM system.
  • Maintain records on CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Handling and processing data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Dedication to providing first class client care and service.

 

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule: Every Saturday 9am – 5pm and the occasional Sunday.

Work Location: In person
