Michael Graham Estate Agents has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their Portobello Road Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new rental instructions through a target-driven approach.
- Conduct property valuations and actively source new business.
- Drive revenue and profitability for the office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Generate and accompany property viewings.
- Assist with the tenant referencing process.
- Negotiate tenancies through to completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in estate agency or lettings.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Professional demeanour and presentation.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
Basic Salary from £30,000 plus exciting commission structure / dependant on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
The position can be full or part time and will involve working closely with our Branch Partner.
