Other shopping is available at Brixworth or Kingsthorpe which has a Waitrose. There is golf at Church Brampton. Local private schools include preparatory schools at Little Houghton, Upton, Kimbolton, Spratton and Maidwell. There are public schools in Rugby, Oundle, Oakham, Uppingham and Stowe.
