Hethe is a small village about 4.5 miles north of Bicester. It has two churches, The Muddy Duck public house and restaurant (currently closed), an adventure playground and playing field, and a village hall which is available for hire and hosts groups and clubs including a garden club, yoga, and line dancing. The primary school in Fringford (1.2 miles) is rated as good by Ofsted, and secondary education is available in Bicester.
