Job description

The successful candidate will need to be able to arrange viewings, liaise with clients, record accurately on applicants or property information, liaise with members of staff in office and update records for the office. More generally, they will need to form part of, and support, the busy residential sales and lettings team. Your working hours will be every Saturday 9am – 5pm and the occasional Sunday.

Key responsibilities

  • Deal with incoming calls to the branch in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Log all phone calls correctly under CRM system.
  • Maintain records on CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all appointments are updated in the CRM diary for the office.
  • Register applicants accurately – Register to the working negotiator of the set weekend.
  • Register properties accurately on CRM system – This will involve booking market appraisals in the diary.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a representative.
  • Efficiently processing customer correspondence and taking ownership of queries and complaints.
  • Handling and processing data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Dedication to providing first class service client care and service.
  • Process and accurately log all customer responses.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities as specifically directed and agreed with your Manager. These duties, in addition to those above, will be required to support your team and /or benefit your development within the Company.
  • Follow health and safety procedures.
