We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our busy Olney office on Sundays. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a successful residential sales and lettings team.

Job description:

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the branch. You will be responsible for arranging property viewings, liaising with clients and applicants, and ensuring all property and applicant information is recorded accurately within our CRM system.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the office runs smoothly, delivering a high level of customer service and helping to maintain our reputation for professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming calls to the branch in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Log all phone calls correctly under CRM system.
  • Maintain records on CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Handling and processing data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Dedication to providing first class client care and service.

 

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
