Fully managed service
We handle all aspects of property management, allowing landlords to maximise returns without the hassle. This includes organising safety checks, renewing certificates, and acting as the main tenant contact, managing any disputes if they arise.
Rent collection only
After finding a tenant, we collect rent on your behalf, while you handle property management.
Tenant find only
We find a tenant and prepare the tenancy agreement, then hand over management and rent collection to you.

Michael Graham Lettings is managed centrally from our Milton Keynes office. Our friendly Lettings team are qualified experts in every aspect of the lettings process. From setting up leases and checking tenant references to organising rent renewals, they understand the challenges landlords face and are always on hand to help. Over 150 laws govern how landlords, tenants and tenancies must operate. Our Lettings Team keep on top of this ever-changing lettings legislation on your behalf.
Michael Graham are registered with both ARLA and RICS professional bodies and are regularly audited and scrutinised to ensure that we operate within the parameters of these two leading lettings bodies.
As an ARLA Propertymark member, we must fulfil a number of corporate responsibilities, which in turn guarantees both landlords and tenants will always receive excellent service and professional advice.
