Michael Graham Private Finance is continuing to grow and an opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our established and successful team, covering various Michael Graham Estate Agency branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for providing excellent customer service and regulated financial advice to clients
- Creating, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, through quality of service and advice
- Recommending suitable products from a comprehensive or whole-of-market range
- Keeping up-to-date with current mortgage rates, lending criteria, and regulatory updates
- Benefitting from full in-house administrative support
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker
- Have CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential
- Be a confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Be organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing a busy case pipeline
- Be proficient in using mortgage sourcing tools and CRM systems
Salary: basic plus commission, plus car allowance
