On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a main bathroom. The front garden is mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and trees. To the side of the house there is a driveway which leads to a double garage with twin double doors and a door to the side. The rear garden extends to approximately 120 ft. and has mature trees providing privacy.
