The successful candidate will be required to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the manager and in a dynamic and busy sales team.
The successful candidate will undertake to: -
Typing, filing, keep key book updated, raise invoices on exchange and monitor timely payment of such, archive properties as required, organise mailshots and assist with brochure production and distribution. Check previous day's valuations are entered.
Create bookings for valuations and bookings in RPS, ensuring timekeeping of appointments is acceptable.
Deal with enquiries
To be able to oversee, coordinate and process sales proceeding for the office.
Compile adverts for submission to newspapers, send copy of advert to vendor, update advert file for vendors in computer, complete advert record form, organise window display.
Type new property details, order floor plans and professional photography, arrange erection and collection of boards send agency agreements and forms (ensure their return) enter fee details.

Complete employee attendance and holiday request charts, submit to personnel department.
Maintain stationery, kitchen and general office supplies, monitoring the most cost-effective source.
