Temporary Lettings Maintenance co-ordinator
This job is a temporary position until February 2020 with the possible opportunity of a full time position.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, occasional weekend work required.
As the maintenance co-ordinator you will be responsible for the day to day management of the maintenance portfolio of varied properties, ensuring high levels of both landlord and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Deal with all maintenance issues found, inform landlord and obtain approval for the works to be carried out.
• Capable to instruct contractors, source quotes and to deal with landlords and tenants at all levels.
• Use Reapit to raise, organise, generate appointments, letters and administrations relevant to property management.
You will have an excellent telephone manner, be able to prioritise your workload and deal with difficult situations and be a good team player.
