About the development
Tenrick LLP are pleased to offer for sale the Hare Park Development which has been sensitively designed by renowned local architects, Project Design Studio Ltd of Woburn, to complement the nearby Conservation Area of Wavendon village. The development is accessed via Simons Paddock, a private drive off Newport Road in Wavendon. A private driveway leads into the development which has been designed to be reminiscent of a farmyard complex with stables and outbuildings being represented by the detached garages. Each distinctive property has remote controlled gated access to a private driveway which has space to park several cars, in addition to the large double garages. The gently sloping rear gardens are enclosed by close boarded fencing for privacy by the house, and post and rail fencing with Laurel hedges. Paths and patios for outdoor entertaining are laid with Natural paving and there are lawns with a number of mature trees retained on the development. The internal photographs used in the brochure are all of Harewood House which has been completed to indicate the finish and specification which will be provided for all four plots. Park House, has been left to allow purchasers to customise their choice of kitchen, vanity units, ceramic tiling and flooring. A selection of colours and styles are available from a comprehensive range. (Please note that additional charges may apply subject to the choices made.)
