The five ring gas hob is set in an alcove with a beam over and an extractor above. There is also a wall mounted TV.

Dining Area

A separate bar area has a unit with cupboards and two integrated wine fridges, and a wall unit which includes an open mirrored shelved area for glasses. The dining area has exposed oak flooring, space for a dining table to seat at least six, and a built-in storage unit with glazed display shelves. There is a contemporary dual aspect fire, and bi-fold doors opening to a terrace in the rear garden.

Utility Room

The utility room has a range of full height storage units spanning one wall. The laundry chute descends into one cupboard which has built-in drawers for sorting laundry. Master Bedroom Suite

The landing has a remote controlled Velux window, with integral blind, to the front. The upper landing has a full height window overlooking the rear garden and paddocks and space for a seating area if desired. There is a shelved laundry cupboard and a communications room which houses all the controls for the various systems installed in the property including the security system and sound system.


The gardens have been landscaped with careful attention paid to selecting a variety of plants for their appearance and their scent. The property is within 7 miles of Milton Keynes which has one of Europe’s largest covered shopping centres as well as a theatre, cinemas, indoor skiing and other attractions. For commuting, railway stations at Bletchley or Milton Keynes are both within 15 minutes’ drive with services to Euston taking 38 or 36 minutes respectively.
