Amenities such as shops, pubs and restaurants can be found in the villages of Harrold and Sharnbrook, both approximately 2 miles away. Harrold Lower and Middle Schools have good Ofsted reports and feed into Sharnbrook Upper School. The independent Harpur Trust schools are in Bedford. There are many countryside walkways in Odell, and bridleways, and the property is just a 5 minute walk from the Harrold Odell Country Park.
