A Georgian five bedroom former farmhouse with a stable and other outbuildings, a tennis court and just over 2 acres of gardens and paddocks in the village of Willian.
Manor Farm House has just under 5,000 sq. ft. of accommodation. There are five reception rooms, five bedrooms and three bath or shower rooms. Manor Farm House is situated in the Hertfordshire village of Willian. The village has two public houses: the award winning The Fox and The Three Horseshoes. There is also a village store, a post office and a pond. The original parish church, All Saints', has a tower with clocks on two sides. Two sides are blank, supposedly so that farm labourers would not be able to tell when to leave work. Willian is located just 2 miles from Letchworth town centre and train station from where commuter trains to Kings Cross take just 36 minutes. Hitchin is just 3.5 miles away with a wider variety of shops and leisure facilities in the town centre. St. Francis' College is just 1.3 miles from the property and St. Christopher school is just 1.2 miles away.
